Who Would You Cast...

A game i sometimes like to amuse myself with when I'm bored and trying to find an outlet for my obsession towards. . .whatever, is the 'Who Would I Cast In. . .' game. The game consists of thinking about a book, old movie, t.v. show idea, etc. and figuring out who I would cast as each of the characters. This post will be dedicated to: (drum roll, please) THE HOST, by Stephenie Meyer.

For Melanie/Wanda:
i think that Ellen Page could totally pull this off! Go ahead and think the truth (I Am Insane), but don't forget the other, and more important, truth: I Am Never Wrong.

For Jared:
I would love to see Cam Gigandet as Jared. He is ruggedly sexy, and not afraid to be a bad guy.

For Ian:
There is really only one man who I think this role was tailor made for: the intelligent, beautiful, extremely talented: WENTWORTH MILLER!!!! His eyes tend to look more green when he is not wearing his contacts, but that is easily remedied, adn he already has the naturally black hair!
However, if by some heinous, God Forsaken scheduling conflict he could not accept this role, i suppose i could settle for James Marsden.

For The Seeker:
I can see Christina Ricci pulling this off, but I am open to suggestions, as long as they are good.

For Jeb:
I see Jeb as a fairly unknown actor, almost always cast in only supporting roles (and usually just on TV for that matter,) but he is often cast in similar roles as Jeb's character, so it wouldn't really be much of a stretch: Will Patton.

As for the other characters, I haven't really thought about it. I challenge you all to play my game and blog about it so all can see. Also, if you are not familiar with my choices, I encourage you to become so!

A Man They Call Jayne and His Hat

"A man walks down the street wearing that hat and everyone knows that that man is not afraid of anything." Personally, I believe that the writers would extend this quote to cover women, too. I'd also like to add that who can resist the raw awesomeness and bad-ass-edness of his hat? Answer: NO ONE!!!!! The fact is that this hat is cool. I would like to thank everyone involved with the making of "Firefly, especially the costume designers, and Jayne Cobb himself for being so freakin' incredible!

I'm BAAACK!!!!

well, as my title implied, I now have Internet again. Due to this you will soon find at least one or two legitimate posts here. However, for now, as I am actually on my iPod and not an actual computer, this is all you get for now! Ha ha! By the way, all of you are required to watch THE HUMAN STAIN before I will converse with you or post again. Leave a.comment of your opinion of the movie here. Enjoy!!!
